Hotel was recently renovated. Overall rooms were perfectly clean and had a microwave, tea and coffee making equipment, and a writing table. The staff was very-very nice, I'm grateful for their help...

The hotel was newly renovated, with favourable location in an absolute HORRID area. The room was spotless, had nice private bathroom. The staff was very very nice, they were always available.

The cleanliness of the rooms needs significant improvement!!! Stains on surfaces, odd smells, and inconsistent maintenance can't be ignored!!! The hotel facilities like pool and bar were non-existent!!!

The staff was super friendly and helpful . My single room exceeded my expectations when I first arrived. Even though the outside looked a bit rough, they were actively remodeling it and two floors were already finished.

The cleanliness left much to be desired. There were stains on the carpet, and maintenance issues were noticeable in the bathroom. The service was friendly, but overall attention to detail lacked. And that really affected my overall comfort. It reminded me of they were trying to remodel but needed to focus more on cleaning and updating the basics first.

It was just a top selection for a short stayover in Indianapolis with excellent value for money. The staff was very accommodating when we had issues with the toilet and they were quick to respond. I recommend checking the shower hot water beforehand.

Free parking was great. But rooms were really dirty and uncomfortable.

For a family visit, the double room was nice with air conditioning, a private bathroom, and a microwave. The fitness center was a great bonus for workouts. I appreciated having free toiletries and a hairdryer. Check-in and check-out were quick. The hotel is upgrading, so the lobby looked nice!

The king room here had everything we needed like a microwave, coffee & tea making facilities, and a private bathroom, making it easy to move around and spotless.
